Flight Details

Please note that a flight described as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airlines concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to a variety of circumstances, including air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time.

We are not liable if there is any change to a departure/arrival time previously given to you or shown on your ticket. All clients must reconfirm their flights, baggage allowances and check in times directly with the airline 72 hours prior to departure. Sky Jet Ltd. is unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed or miss your flight,  these matters are at the sole discretion of the airline concerned.

Please note that in relation to air fares there are additional terms specific to that fare. For example, tickets are normally non-changeable and non-refundable. You can view the Fare Rules and Terms and Conditions  during the booking process. In addition, the majority of airlines reserve the right to make schedule changes and cancel confirmed bookings. SkyJet, as intermediate party, is not responsible for such schedule changes, disruptions or cancellations. We will need these clear funds from the airlines / suppliers before processing your Refunds to you. Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment.

Airlines may charge for additional services such as checked baggage, transit stopovers, airport check-in, preferred seating, in-flight entertainment (if available), food, drink and snacks etc. Any charges for these additional services are not included in the price of your flight ticket unless explicitly provided otherwise and must be paid. SkyJet is not responsible for any additional costs incurred and advise you to contact us to add any additional services and verify procedures and charges. Please note if your flight includes more than one segment you may have different baggage allowances, this can even be the case when flying with the same airline if for instance one flight is international and the other is domestic. This may mean that you are charged for any luggage in excess of the lower limit on the flight which bears the lower luggage limit.

The recommended minimum check-in time for international flights is 180 minutes prior to departure and for domestic flights, 120 minutes before departure. You Must reconfirm All your flights and check in times at least 72 hours before you travel. Failure to reconfirm your flight booking directly with the airline may result in cancellation and missing your flights.

Flights must be used in the order set out in your itinerary - eg a failure to use the outbound flight or first stage of a journey could invalidate the rest of the ticket.

We strongly recommend (particularly if you are flying Economy class), that you check in early if you have particular seat requests. SkyJet has no control over the allocation of seats, even if pre-booked with the airline, and can make no guarantee that specific seats will be available on departure.

SkyJet is not responsible for the costs of any transfers between airports or terminals that you may incur.
